"That was Banner. IT was Banner."

So last night I watched another movie, I yet hadn't seen, from the Avengers DVD-box. I thought, this seems a lot more interesting than Captain America, mostly because I hate him as a character. But I had seen the trailer of Incredible Hulk. It seemed awesome, while most of it was Bruce Banner running away from the people who considered him as the property of the U. S. Army. It seemed really, really... good.

And I wasn't wrong. The Incredible Hulk wasn't a story about how Bruce Banner became Hulk. We all saw that in the credits before the movie started. But for the start it was mostly about... hunting the Hulk, and running away. And I kind of loved that, because superhero movie is always, always about how he became him or she became her. But not The Incredible Hulk.

I have to say I prefer Edward Norton to Mark Ruffalo, and well, I haven't yet seen Eric Bana as The Hulk, but still. Edward Norton has the perfect look for Bruce Banner. Even though Norton is incredibly good looking, he looked kind of nerdish, in a good way. I'm not sure if I can explain it, but I've seen some fan art of Bruce Banner, and well, they didn't look like Norton, but still they looked more like Norton than Ruffalo or Bana.

There was some other good actors here too, especially my love, Tim Roth. He was brilliant, even though his character was so... Well, I just didn't get a hold of him. But Roth always has done brilliant job. Yes.

But I didn't like Banner's love, Betty Ross. She was so... I don't know. She didn't have the qualities I've always loved in Marvel's female characters. We have Storm, Black Widow, Jean Gray, Emma Frost, and Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy, Kayla (I don't know if she's anywhere but in X-men Origins Wolverine), Pepper Potts, Maria Hill and so on, and so on. But Betty wasn't like them, and I found her a bit annoying. Like when Hulk was strangling Emil Blonsky, Betty told Hulk to stop. And I was wondering that why should Hulk stop? What if Blonsky or his monster wouldn't die and he would just carry on destroying stuff. I think Hulk would've done us a huge favour by killing him, I don't know.

The movie was fantastic. The only thing that made me feel bad was the fact that Norton wasn't in Avengers. He would've been good.
